Delivery Policy
Your order generally will send out within 2-3 working days after we received your payment; and will be shipped via our transporter.
We deliver our seafood to most of the areas in Peninsular Malaysia and we reserve the right to change the delivery charges.
If the purchase amount is RM200/= and above, FREE delivery charges will be applied for the delivery to Kuala Lumpur & Selangor area. Otherwise, RM22 delivery charges will be applied for the purchase above RM100 and below RM200.
If other areas in Peninsular Malaysia, the delivery charges will be fixed at RM40 per location from the purchase amount of RM100 above
Delivery to made in public holidays are subject to the availability of transporter services.
In the event of delivery failure due to customer's unreachable, we will arrange 2nd attempt delivery on the next day. We reserved the right not to refund the money, and goods if we can't reach the customer for 2nd attempt due to customer's unreached
